ORDER STATUS/TRACKING
-Once you have placed an order, email confirmation will be sent
-Once the order is prepared for shipping, you will receive another email with the tracking number
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
-We do not accept returns/exchanges unless:
-The item was used in anyway
-The return/exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery
-The return/exchange is sent back to us within 7 days of accepted request

SHIPPING
-Orders are processed between 1-7 business days after order confirmation
-For shipping outside of the United States, shipping cost may vary
-If you are not home to receive delivery, the delivery provider will contact you for rescheduling for the next day

-You may only change your order if the item has not been notified as “ready to ship”
